A friend recommended going to SM Booking Office to plan out some of our trip and it was the best thing we did. Nguyet/ Moon gave us honest options and (very patiently) helped us plan the first two weeks of our trip in Vietnam. They also give you drinks and fruit whenever you're in the office which make you feel at home.
